The website is provided by an external hosting provider: Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you visit, the server may automatically store technical data in log files (including IP address, date and time, the requested URL and browser type) to ensure security and correct operation.

As the provider is based in the USA, data may be transferred to a third country; this takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses ensuring an adequate level of protection. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in providing the site securely and reliably.

We use only one necessary, functional cookie that remembers your language choice. We do not use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies, and we do not embed external services without your knowledge.

In the “Location” section we provide a Google Maps map. The map loads only after your explicit click (two-click solution). Until you consent, no data are transmitted to Google.

After the click, the provider is Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland); your data (including your IP address) may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time simply by not loading the map.

If you contact us, we process your details (e.g. phone number, email address, dates of stay) solely to answer your enquiry and arrange your stay; the legal basis is pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The data are not shared with third parties.

Server log data are stored for a short time and then automatically deleted. Data provided when you contact us are kept only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and stay, and are then deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).
